Sharon Costianes GCFP (she/her) helps women and queer folks reconnect with their bodies, their voices, and their inner knowing. She’s a somatic educator, singer, and guide for anyone ready to trust themselves more deeply, move more freely, and express more authentically. When she’s not teaching, you can usually find her exploring Ithaca trails with her wife, kids and dog, talking to plants, or scheming the next singing circle.
